What to include
- Your area. Start with the town or nearby location so we can check coverage.
- The work. Interior, exterior, garden fences or existing panelling. Name the rooms and surfaces.
- Some photos. A wider view and close-ups of anything damaged or difficult to reach.
- Your timing. Mention a move-in date, access restrictions or other work happening at the property.
For interiors, say whether the ceiling and woodwork are included. For exteriors, show each elevation and how it can be accessed. For new panelling, say whether you need fitting, painting or both so responsibility can be confirmed.
For a boundary, see fence painting details. Include its length, height, current finish and whether one or both sides are on your list.
