The enquiry form
When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, area, selected service and project description. We use these to respond to your request, prepare a quote and arrange any agreed work. Your enquiry is saved in the business’s JobDiary system, accessible to authorised staff who respond to painting enquiries.
A delivery record is also held in Cloudflare storage to prevent duplicate submissions and check that your enquiry was received. The copy of your form details there becomes eligible for deletion after 30 days and is removed during the next cleanup. Cleanup runs when the form is used, with a weekly operator check. Reference numbers, delivery status, dates and linked JobDiary record identifiers are retained to resolve delivery problems; these identifiers are still personal data. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion across both systems. Job and quote records may be kept where needed for the work or applicable record-keeping obligations.
For abuse prevention, the form uses a salted, hourly-changing hash of the network address. The raw address is not stored in the form database. Rate-limit entries expire after an hour and are removed during cleanup. No form details are sent to an advertising service.
The WhatsApp planner
The quote tool prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit or store an enquiry on this website. Continuing opens WhatsApp with the details you entered. WhatsApp receives the prepared text when that link is opened; you decide whether to send the message to our team. WhatsApp handles data under its EEA privacy policy. You can call instead if you prefer not to use it.
If you contact us, we use the information you supply to discuss, quote for and arrange your requested work. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message. You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by the business, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
Website services
This website does not load analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and images load from the website itself. The site records simple contact-button events in a temporary browser data layer, without sending them to an analytics provider. These events do not include your area, project notes or prepared message.
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical request information, including network address and browser/request information, to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. These providers may process data outside the EEA; their policies explain the safeguards and transfer arrangements that apply to their services. If you follow a link to WhatsApp or another external service, that service handles the request under its own policies.
Information needed for your request
When you contact the team, your message may include a name, contact details, location, photographs, preferred timing and project information. Only send information needed to explain the work. Avoid photographs containing people, private documents or information about someone else unless needed and appropriate.
The website has no customer account or automated decision tool. Its quote tool does not calculate a price, assess eligibility or make a booking. An initial area is required by the tool to prepare a useful message; you can call without using it.
Your data protection rights
You can ask for access to your personal information and for inaccurate information to be corrected. You may also request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where the legal conditions apply. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights can depend on the purpose and applicable obligations.
Use the privacy contact above to make a request. Identity may need to be checked before personal information is released. You also have the right to complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission. You do not have to contact the business first to make a complaint.
Feedback and concerns
If you send feedback, the team uses it to discuss your experience or concern and respond to you. The feedback links prepare a WhatsApp conversation; they do not publish a review or send a message automatically. Any proposed public wording or attribution should be agreed with you before publication.
