An enquiry is a first conversation
The optional enquiry form saves your contact and project details so we can follow up. A saved enquiry is not a booking or an agreed price.
The quote tool prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not book a visit, accept a job, take payment or create a painting contract. You choose whether to send the prepared message in WhatsApp. You can call instead.
Photos and approximate measurements help explain the request. A visit may be needed to assess the surfaces, access and preparation before the scope and price can be finalised. Availability and coverage are confirmed for the actual address.
Before agreeing work
Ask for written confirmation of the service provider’s full business identity and contact details, the included work, price and applicable taxes, materials, preparation, access arrangements, timing and payment terms. Confirm who is responsible for any fitting, repair or other trade work. Changes and additional work should be agreed before they proceed.
This site does not publish a deposit schedule or cancellation fee. Any booking terms, information about cancellation rights and any request to start work during a cancellation period must be supplied for the actual arrangement before you commit. Nothing on this page removes your statutory consumer rights.
Advice and photographs
Guides help you plan an enquiry. Product choice and application depend on the actual substrate, condition and manufacturer’s current technical and safety instructions. Guides do not replace an assessment of your property.
Real work photographs, generated design studies and original planning illustrations are identified in their captions. Photographs can show changes outside the painting scope, such as carpet, roof or door replacement. Those changes are not included in a painting quote unless expressly agreed.
Do not reuse customer project images or website content without permission. If you have a concern about an image, contact the team.
